The Hotel presents gender equality in its workforce, underlining that the majority of high-level positions are occupied by women. Therefore, an equality plan has been implemented in the company since 2022. The aim of the plan is to achieve real equality. This means not only avoiding discrimination based on sex (equal treatment), but also achieving equal opportunities for women and men in access to the company, recruitment and working conditions, promotion, training, remuneration, reconciliation of personal, family and working life, occupational health and protection of victims of gender-based violence.

Programas formativos

Training programmes are provided to employees during the time the hotel is closed. Theoretical training is given in order to better qualify the staff. During the year, in terms of training, an internship programme is developed, through the formula of specific training pills, while the hotel is in operation.

This tool is used to control clockings and internal communication. In addition, the employee of the month is published monthly, a prize consisting of a small financial reward plus recognition for a job well done. The application is also used for internal communication of events, employee birthdays and other events.
