Buffet restaurant with show cooking
The Cap Negret restaurant offers you the best views of the Bay of Altea and the hotel gardens. The Buffet Restaurant will win you over with its live cooking sessions and appetizers, hot dishes, ‘green corner’ for preparing salads of your choice, grilled meats and fish, pasta, pizzas and even options for coeliacs.
The restaurant’s specialities are rice dishes. We invite you to try the paellas, black rice, arroz a banda (rice cooked in fish stock), fideuás (pasta paella) and, of course, fruits, frozen yogurts and desserts for the most gourmet guests.
