Planta solar flotovoltaica

The installation of the solar photovoltaic plant in 2019 avoids emitting 130,802 tonnes of CO2/year into the atmosphere during the 25-30 year life of the installation.
This solar plant, with a power of 100Kw, leads to an estimated saving of approximately 15% of the hotel's total energy consumption, thus reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy.
As it is integrated into the car park structure, the visual impact of the installed modules is reduced. Recharging points for electric vehicles have also been installed.

Fachada ventilada y doble acristalamiento

Our hotel front has a thermal bridge with climalitz, which prevents energy from being wasted to the outside, both from air conditioning and heating. It protects the façade and creates a stable microclimate in the hotel corridors.
In addition, in the rooms, lounges and restaurants, the glass is double-glazed to improve thermal and acoustic insulation, incorporating a filter that rejects 85% of the sun's rays and maintains a stable indoor climate. These infrastructures allow air conditioners to perform a third better than usual, thus avoiding energy waste. In other words, we benefit the planet by consuming less electrical energy.

Piscina natural

The swimming pool of the Hotel Cap Negret is equipped with the Oxymatic biological disinfection system, which avoids the use of hypochlorites and allows us to generate our own ecological disinfectant. This water treatment process is carried out by means of titanium and copper anodes that break down the water molecules, maintaining, at all times, the minimum percentage required to keep the pool completely sanitised.

Reducción de plásticos

The rooms have amenties of eco-friendly products, with natural cosmetic products. All the bottles are made of EcoPure, an organic additive that, added to the plastic production process, transforms it into a biodegradable product through a series of chemical and biological processes. The shampoo and gel are supplied in the rooms through dispensers and not through toiletry jars, thus saving on the use of plastic.

Reusable aluminium bottles have been distributed to all hotel staff with the aim of reducing the use of plastic cups and bottles. This is the first step towards a future in which our guests will also be able to use reusable bottles instead of plastic or non-reusable materials.

Agua caliente sanitaria

El hotel cuenta con una instalación de placas térmicas, en la cubierta del edificio que permite calentar el primer aporte de agua sanitaria, evitando, en los posible, el uso de energías de combustibles fósiles, como el gasoil.

Análisis de consumos energéticos

Es importante mencionar que la organización cuenta con el software Power Bi que le permite, de manera unificada y escalable para la inteligencia empresarial, crear, compartir y usar la información empresarial de manera eficaz. Entre esta información hay que destacar, el análisis continuo de los consumos energéticos. El Hotel cuenta además con un sistema de gestión energética mejorado, gracias a las auditorías que se efectúan periódicamente.

Sistema eco en terrazas-aire acondicionado

Este sistema, compuesto por un contacto de imán incorporado en cada ventanal, permite que se apague el aire acondicionado cada vez que se abre la puerta de la terraza, evitando, de ese modo, fugas de energía.
Además, se están reduciendo cada vez más el uso de las tarjetas de plástico de apertura de habitación sustituyéndose por la apertura a través de la APP móvil Salto.

Reutilización de agua y riego

Dentro de Hotel Cap Negret en nuestro patio del Rio Algar se encuentra una cascada. El agua de la fuente se reutiliza para agua de riego de los jardines verticales y como abono natural. El resto de los jardines se riegan con agua de riego proveniente de la Comunidad de Regantes local.
